Hi. I have installed the YourShop Template on Joomla 2.5, Virtuemart 2.0.10, PHP 5.3.10
After the first test everything seemed ok. But now it is not possible to change the template color. It always shows the blue color. I had deleted the cache, but the same. Has everybody a idea what I have done wrong in the settings?
Another problem is, that the GK4 module not works correct in this template. I think that I have generaly problem, is´nt it?
My test website is http://web.dozentral.de/index.php/shop

Thanks for helping

Hi

I can see lots of problems in Your installation. I think it can be because of broken files, please try reinstall template and joomla first. If this will not change anything please send me an access to joomla panel.

Hi

I had to send this issue to programmers. Looks like it's a fault of template's code, but when I install it locally I have no such problems. Lets wait and see what will they say.

Hi

Ok. First issue was that You have disabled mootools library in template settings, so Image Show slider was not working. Unfortunately programmers thought that this is the problem I've asked about and didn't give me any more tips. I've asked for more informations about other things, but we need to wait some more.

For the the color I will wait a little bit more.

Hi

Mootools library was disabled in template settings. I've removed it already. Still no word about template issue. I'll ask programmers one more time.

Thanks for helping. But sorry, I saw that you have reinstalled the template yourshop, but it changed nothing. I cant change the color. And when I look at the vm.css over --> extensions --> templates --> gk_yourshop - Default --> vm.css , I cant see nothing. Maybe it is disabled because when I see the file over ftp everything seemed ok.
I dont know how to able/disable css-files or mootools, and I cant find an option to do that. Maybe I am to stupid for that.
So can you have another look? I am honest, I have nothing changed since your last visit.

Thank you again for your very good service.

Hi

You do not have to do anything. I've taken care of it already. Mootols can be disabled for a specific page using template configuration. In Your case is was set to disable mootols for Shop page. I've removed it already.

The second tip was not about vm.css file but about an option in Virtuemart configuration. In order to work an option for Virtuemart css needs to be enabled.

It was pretty simple, but even I wasn't easy to find it, that's why I reinstalled template 2 times before it got cleared.

About the color issue, please clear cookies in Your browser, because most probably an old values with color are still stored there.
