Shop problem

Hallo, when i enter virtuemart shop section,i get a message " JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID: 42 "
therefore i cant change shops name and texts.i created i new user but the problem remains, i cant change my shops introduction text for example.can you helm me please

please try change your current admin name to something else and delete any comments added by admin.

Changed admin account, i hadnt make any comments.still remains the problem.any other possible solution?

Solved the problem,i created an administrator account,went to database and changed id to 42,seems to be working atm
