MUSIC IN BANNER IMAGE

Dear friends,

Does anyone know how I do that when people hover over the banner of the main page says "VIVA UMA AVENTURA" start playing a song? if she get the mouse over the image for the song and clicking on the banner for the music and the person is redirected to the link provided?

More or less, I think it is very good solution is what I really want
is from a person clicks on a banner over it (hover) and start playing a song without it being a flash banner. But surely this application is very good, thanks for the tip. Still seeking a solution
