It is a single template which should be recorded for each domain or two domains may have a different template.

One template used on one domain. Such as following example. If you have 2 domain licences then you can only use 2 templates on 2 domains. Such as following.

Template1 > Domain1
Template2 > Domain2

or

Template2 > Domain1
Template1 > Domain2
