ERROR PAGE - TWO TABS ??? IN CART

I just added a product and appeared two tables with the words:
Product successfully added?????
If I bought one because it appeared only two tables? Where do I take it?

Link to the screen is not working. Can You please describe Your problem a little more ? I do not quite understand.
