Install error

Hi, when I want install the template, I receive this messagge: "JFile::read: Unable to open file: '\tmp/gzip4ff16ea960f08' Unable to read archive"
Why?

Check file permissions in your server / ftp for joomla folders. Look for read and write permissions. Also try disabling FTP mode if its enabled.
