checkout without modules

Hi,
I'd like to set the checkout page without modules (http://www.myglobusoutlet.com/index.php ... Itemid=192)
I think that I can set it in "page layout overwrite" (screenshot attached) but I don't understand how. What should I write?

try in diffrent way. Please add 'Shopping Cart' item to the menu. Then uncheck this link in all modules you don't want to show on checkout.
