Edit font size Virtuemart ask a question about the product

Hi!

I need to change font size to ask a question about the product coming email and when someone buys a product comes email from Virtuemart. where are the .css files to customize those two?

How could add a product image in an email coming from ask a question about the product from Virtuemart?

Oh man please don´t make me waste my time, havent you resad my needs? i´m talking about email coming not about facebox! where you take it from... please read first a question an then reply...

It can´t be so hard to know it to template developer, just modify text from coming email after people buy something and email comes when people ask a question about a product. Please help!
