Version of my yourshop is 1.0.4 - 30.11.2010
But there is a new version of 03.12.
How do i update?

If the template had no customisation you can just install the new version and extensions.
If you have made changes to any of the template files you will need to run a diff tool like windiff on windows, to find the changes and apply them to the update template files.
Going by the reply to the yourShop update situation see Teitbite's reply in this thread https://www.gavick.com/support/forums/94/12657.html, and the large difference in versions for your update it may be better to think about migrating your site to J1.7 and using a different template. The time and effort taken updating might be better spent on migrating.
Migrating is a bit of a chore so I wouldn't leave it until the last minute (April 2012) especially if the site is revenue based. IMHO
