Bug error in show product cart top module

Hello
When user add product to cart, and in top module click in show cart, error 404.
Show this bug in http://www.tarjetasdepuntos.com/tienda_online/

Can you take screenshots on every step to procedure the error as I can't understand the language in your site?

I did the same steps but couldn't replicate the issue
