So many issues with the red template version

Is it just me or are there a lot of format issues with the red version of this template? When you hover the mouse over the right arrow that changes the image the button turns into the left button, hover the mouse over the logo and it jumps, hover the mouse over the background and it disappears, hover the mouse over the module titles and back drop changes, hover over the navigation bar and the text blends with the background, hover the mouse menu options and the arrows jump to the far left. Is there a css fix that I can download? I installed from the quick install thinking it would be the best option; not so sure anymore.
