Add K2 Item - how to add it to the menu and activate the form?

This is really embarrassing to ask, but I couldn't figure it out...

I wish a simple additional menu item in the quickstart existed.

Anyway, I want registered users to be able to add stuff. I know that the back end is for the admin; I'm looking for the add form on the front end.

Anyway here is a workaround: Add an url in your usermenu point it to this adress: index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&task=add&tmpl=component
Access level should be registred and Open in New Window wihtout Browser Navigation

With this "workaround" the "Cancel" button (in the New Window) doesn't work!!!
