Hello,
I finally understood how the gk_dropline & gk_split menus work

nice feature ! ... but .. i wish to have that in a different position on the article page layout !

I wanted to know : is there a way, when defining these menu types for specific menu Item ids, is there a way to
place these menu in the position we want without affecting the template layout ...

in order words : If I wish to have all of the menu items shown under the dropdown menu of a few main menu items of the site, for example, in the main menu of the site, under the item "Administration" , there is a drop down menu with 4 " linked items or articles" - like menu linked item "Admin 1", "Admin 2" ... "Admin 4"

I wish to have on all of these links ( Admin 1 to 4 ), as an additional side menu showing up but using the same styling of the gk_split or the gk_dropline, vertically in the module position inset1 for example ( or on the left side of the page )... instead of having it horizontally right under the main menu of the site ???

is that possible ? .. and how ? ...

please advise

thank you

Hi

Unfortunately this is a static element so You cannot display menu in a different position, but the second part of the question is doable. Please oped template settings and in menu section You will see a panel to attache different menu to different menu item ID.
