category sort by date published

Hi,

I have a problem on my site. If i import some articles with previous date (creted and published), on category continues to display articles in the order that I have uploaded.

Why this? Any idea?

it is K2 or Joomla category ?

Please go to category settings. And in right column find 'Other layout options' section. Here you will find 'Item ordering' option. Probably you have set it to 'Ordering reverse'.

i had it on most recent first and now on ordering but nothing change... category continues to display articles in the order that I have uploaded.

Please check if your category don't inherit settings from other one.

Ok, If category don't inherit settings and the ordering is most recent first, play well! Thnxx a lot
