Subcategories overrides in submenu

Hy

I have a problem with the subcategories. When i pass the mouse over the categories , in the menu, subcategories overrides each other.

See it in this picture.

Why and how can this be fixed?

Also, if you see, the HOME TAB "Acasa" it's not in the same line with the rest of the tabs. it's any possible to fix it too?

I checked it and on my FF and chrome everything is working ok.
