Site crashing due to cache issues

Hi,
for the last 2 days , my site is crashing after a period of time.
When loading the home page, i get a white page with 'home' text only.
To get the site back online, i delete the page folder in the cache.
I have tried all the cache settings to no avail.
Any ideas?

Please show me Your site. Are You sure it's not because lack of space on the server ?
