Highlighter GK4ver. 1.1

The Highlighter GK4ver. 1.1 does not work with K2. Why would you put this component like integrate part of the layout in a site using K2 if this only work with joomla!'s content?
There is some solution to this problem?
I can't use joomla!'s article only to do the module work. It make no sense.

Please upgrade your module to version 1.2 to have that feature.
