Hello
I have attached an image showing what i want to disable, I am sure it is an easy fix but I would like to disable the function of this site where it says at the bottom of my page "More in this category"

Hi,
It is Item Navigation option. You can find it in K2 item, when you are editing or adding new one. In right column inside Item view options. Set value to 'hide'.
