mod_news_pro_gk4 contents

I’ve seen that the component mod_news_pro_gk4 takes the contents from a single subcategory that I decide, but I want that mod_news_pro_gk4 displays the contents from a mother category and from the subcategories automatically. Is it possible?

you can choose more than one category to take from...

Exactly.
Press "CTRL + mouse button select" and you be able to select multiple categories.
