Implement Quay Social Icon Side in Postnote

i want to setup and sliding social bar like one on quay how can i do this i tried copying the css and js code to post note files. and also copy the php and xml data as well, php i copy from panel.php i put code in postnote php file default.php got white screen. tried turning back on maximum joomla error but nothing shows up only white screen on frontend.
