where is the line for: <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /> in my site?

Why didn't it appear?

Hi

That's because you have "Google Chrome Frame support" enable. It allows Google Chrome Frame metatag in head section of template, but anyway you must have also

I solved it: This is because i uploaded SEF patch of joomlatwork.com. I uninstalled it and it fixes.
