Hello everyone, thanks for Postnote, it really is a nice layout. Im using it for my photography website.
My issues is with the Big Block date format on the articles. I like it, but its acting wacky.
1. I'm not using K2, so it's not visible when you click on the individual article, I understand that, but I would like to have it visible on the individual articles.

2. And every time I edit or modify an article, the big block date changes to the modified date instead of keeping the created date. I want it to read the created date all the time. Anyone know how to fix this? .....and also add the year to the bottom in a small size font?

3. Also another question- are you only able to change the colors of the modules if you have News Show Pro GK4 installed? ex. suffix {"green"} I didn't install that module either but i cant seem to get those colors to show up.

Thanks
Your input would be valued.

Hi,

I have the same issue as described in #2, I want to publish the creation date and not the date of modification.

I'm looking forward to finding a solution.

Kind regards,
Fotozauber

sure thing, here is an example taken from menu path: home-models-candy c.
menu- models

It shows a revised date of Aug. 22, but the article was created July 15,. Now click on the title link to get to the individual item, you can see what the original date is.

Events, Pets, Graphics & Designs menu links are other examples- if you see an Aug 18th date (it's when the template was installed) those dates were changed, click on the title and you can see the original date created.

hope this helps.

Hello Teitbite, no its not fixed, I could still use your expertise. I apologize, something weird is going on but for whatever reason my example article wasn't published, now its back up.

Just for fun I did some screen captures for some visuals as to what I'm referring to. But what I want to accomplish is that the created article date shows in the big blocks. Aug. 18 is the key date cause that's when I installed it, only the articles with that date are affected in most all the menus. (also the candy. c (aug. 22) my example).

and almost all articles in menu item "cigar Night" are affected.

Thank you dotsandcolors for the info. I must have missed your update, I came back here because I'm finally annoyed by the date issue and wanted to resolve the problem or find a new template.

I hope it works for me as well. again Thanks!!
