module on menu position

Is it possible to display modules on the menu position like the following image ? (If you want to take a look at the site: http://webfuncional.com.br/faunadasgerais/index.php)

there is no position for menu, it's build into the t3 framework not as a possition. please search the forum for how to make your own position..


btw the bg image is not wide enough for a 1680px resolution missing bout 40 px i guess.
