where i can change the Site-Title "News Company" in this Template? I dont found it.

Where did you find the copy...I am having the same problem.

it is your category >>Company News under the section >>>demo

- login to your website as administrator
- go to : menus / Main Menu
- select Home :
-- the layout is blog category
-- in the basic parameters you will find : Demo/Company News

several possibilities to change :

a) change the category name
b) create your own category with your own articles inside and define this in the basic parameters configuration
