Help with Postnote

Dear Gavick.com,

1) Where do I go to remove the highlighted text that appears on top of my menu bar when hovering over it?

2) I am using the K2 modules on the frontpage and would like to use the K2 picture uploaded as the thumbnail on the frontpage and then have it link to a joomla article...shouldnt that be possible when in module manager setting the souce to "joomla" article and "use K2 picture" for thumbnail?...now it is not showing the K2 picture at all!?
