Page is modifying width by itself!

I have now installed and reinstalled the postnote template and at first glance everything is in order. However, after a little while without doing any kinds of modifications the width of the page changes and things now look a bit messy with for instance the main menu and in subpages the column to the right is not showing properly.

I would appreciate your assistance.

I visit your website, navigate for a while and i can't reproduce your problem.
Anyway, page can't change width for it self. Check permissions on params.ini file. It should be 644.

So, what was the problem?

The problem was that the site had been minimized with the "tools." Strange as it happened after installation even after I looked at the online page.
