Home Page 404 Error URGENT HELP!

I finished this site today: http://www.digitalaudioreview.com.au/

However in removing items I did not think I was using, the front page stopped working and I now get a 404 error.

If you look at the internal pages it all is fine: http://www.digitalaudioreview.com.au/index.php/news

So, I do not understand what the problem is, can someone please advise URGENTLY?

PS: I have it in debug mode as that may help.
