Facebook sign to the top

hey to all,

you can see above the menue (ast the right side) "home / Referenzen / Vita /.... the search/Login "signs"

Where the "login" is, I want to have the facebook sing/logo and the possibility to go to facebook. (instead of the login)

can you help me please?

There is no website under this address, but You can do that by simply replacing code for fb login to for example:

You should be able to locate the code in one of the files located n /layouts/blocks/

thank for the code I will try it - and the link was past - because I wrote the post 2 drays before and in that time I have put the hompage live - so the link was past - sorry I will try the code and write asap as I know if it helped.
