Front page: Link boxes to a separate page instead of page.

Hi there.

I am so sorry if this is an obvious question but I am completely new to Joomla and seem to have stalled before I have even started.

I am working off the Postnote demo template with the 4 boxes that link to separate pages with the information in. Somehow I have managed to link them to an unwanted module below to show the information instead of going to a new page.

Please can you tell me how to correct this. What type of module is the one with all the information on, how will I find it and how will I stop it from changing the name of the page in the website tab?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
