Extra Menu columns

Hi

can you advise where i can set the dropdown menus in two columns. I notice the documnetation mentions a seperate plugin. Do I need to install this plugin seperately or should it be installed with the template?

If you use quickstart package plugin should be installed, if not the plugin is available in rest_files package which you can find on template download page.
