Changes not shown in front end

Please can someone tell me how I have to configure globat settings in admin site.
I just installed postnote template. I can save changes and I can see them on the admin site but they are not shown in front end.
I've made several changes and I can't see any of them.
Of course I've deleted all cookies and temp files from the browsers (using IE and Firefox with the latest versions).
I've refreshed screen thousand times and still I can't see any change on articles. Is not possible to change the articles that come with the template? do I have to create all of them from scratch?

Did you disabled cache ? What exactly changes you mean ? template configuration, articles, modules ?
