Font Resizer - Home Page error

I installed PostNote using the quick start files. On my home page I get the strip with the font resizer above the 29 January article. See attachment.

How do I disable or remove this?

I checked the breadcrumb but the option to appear on the home page is not selected.

Can anyone help?
