URGENT - live site homepage gone nuts

Hello guys,

Untill friday I had http://www.wolterartstudio.com setup to look like the demo but after upgrading joomla from 1.6 to 1.7 and the Postnote Template to v2.1 the modules no longer show at the homepage when accessing via http://www.wolterartstudio.com. They do show fine by clicking on Home at the mainmenu or accessing http://www.wolterartstudio.com/home.

How can this be fixed? Quick answer would be appreciated since its on a live site.
