Resize top menu module

I need to resize that module possition so it can fit my logo there. What is/are the file(s) I need to edit? Just tell me that and I will do it. I have done this before only now I can't find the files.

why will you put your logo in the module, insted of using the build in feature of logo ??

I want to put it up there because my logo is huge and the build in area is too small. There is not domain yet I am running it with xampp it's for future project.
