Hello,
How can I simple customize the tabs and make new in VirtueMart as you have already have done like: 'ask a Question', 'custom product reviews' and 'product details'?

Hi
Sorry this is hard coded and is taking the information from standard VM fields. So if You want to customize the content You would need to write a script for every new file. The code is spread into couple of files so it'll be better to start from the main /default/templates/product_details/flypage.tpl.php
