Margins if a Banner is in a Module Position (e.g. top1)

How is it possible to increase margins at top and botton of a banner included in a module position (e.g top1) with white boarders. Because on top and bottom of the banner the boarders are smaller than on left and right.

Could not find the right class for the banners in the CSS files. Have they been removed?

Margins between "top" modules position are automatic and from your side, they seams right.
Can you show me your website?
