I have different problems with the template:

1) - in the browse page and flypage above products I am a somewhat annoying white space as you can see on my site: www.sexycityshop.com/index.php.

2) - When I do a site search using the search form template gives me all the results as if they were in category 1 (in my site vibrators and objects) and even join the modules to the menu when I go in the cart gives me them even there, yet I do not have it associated with the cart, why?

Try adding this code on override.css file (don't forget to enable on template parameters)

This search module must be published on some module position on right column.
