Very problem (URGENTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT) :-(

I have different problems with the template:

1) - in the browse page and flypage above products I am a somewhat annoying white space as you can see on my site: http://www.sexycityshop.com/index.php.

2) - When I do a site search using the search form template gives me all the results as if they were in category 1 (in my site vibrators and objects) and even join the modules to the menu when I go in the cart gives me them even there, yet I do not have it associated with the cart, why?
