how to remove the words "List Categories"

I cannot seem to find out how to remove the words "List Categories" that appear on the top of every single category.

I can manipulate it in firebug , but I cannot seem to find a setting to get it to stop displaying ...it is nonsensical, why would you list the categories if you are already IN the category?

I have one category.


please advise. on how
