No Demo info Showing

i have just done a quickstart installation - whilst the template is visible in template manager - there is no demo data or images??

please help?

i had already just previously installed a fresh joomla installation and created a database - then copied over your quick install file...

that will not work... the quickstart contain both demo data, template and joomla...

clean the database, and copy the quickstart again...

sorry i am new to this - does your suggestion imply i should delete my entire installation and redo it - or is their certain folders i can just delete and copy across?

either delete it all or delete the database...

i suggest you delete everything to be sure...

i have deleted the entire installation and reuploaded all the files, i now get to STEP 4 database installation - can i put my own info in there???

you can change this after it's set up... login with admin and password demo...

this is info you'll get from your host provider...
