pages render incorrectly

we are having a very difficult time using these

bullets

[*]numbers
on our website... everything works in the editor.. but when going to the Front end.. nothing is there.. styles aren't rendered.. sucks..

we had this installed from scratch and same thing.. any help would help...

we are required to make our own styles for bullets and numbers.. which is time consuming work...

so i installed the lated update.. nothing changed..

numbers work.. but bullets and simple tab doesn't work.... for example.

all that has to be in bullets.. and the bottom.. and a tab.. i inserted a tab.. in the edit of the article.. everything shows correctly...
