Login/register/tools and cart - how to change the text?

Hello!

I'm running myStore, with which I'm very happy. I do need to translate "register" and "tools" in the tools module position and the text "cart" as well. Can you help me?

hey , you can change it in the language file called en-GB.tpl-TEMPLATENAME.ini

for the register, you also need to change the module title in the backend of joomla
