do i need an update from 2.0.5 to 2.0.6?

i'd like to know if the last update to 2.0.6 version is necessary or not.

i've installed the 2.0.5 version.
joomla is updated to the last version (1.5.21)

It is not strictly necessary

It changes small things in XML file structure
