New position in myStore template

Please how to insert a new position for new module in myStore template. I would like to add a new position next to one called TOOLS. Is there a procedure? or someone can tell me the code to create this?

I believe that it was not clear. I do not want to add anything like it in the position where we are registered and login button. I want to create a new position where to insert a new module. With the tutorial you sent me a form I can not isere but only a link that points to an article containing perhaps a form. I do not care, I must bring up the module in that position and that is at the top right after position, cart and login.
