item shows "0" even though item in the cart

I am using a fresh myStore (1.5.20) and see that the cart indicator reports "0 items" even though there are items in the cart, which I also can access when going into the cart. Any idea what the problem is?

I don't have any idea.
myStore last version works fine on this matter.

I opened a super admin account for you and you should the the email through Joomla! The installation has the eXtplorer component installed, so you can access the file system through there, if needed. It is just a demo install, no productive data inside, NO worries for you.

I had to base the installation on the the JoomalThai-VM-eCommerce package as it has in addition to Thai translations also some VM enhancements relevant to the Thai market (Thai payment gateway and shipping zone). Unless someone made a mistake in that package (which I have not heard of) all those changes should be non-critical (see here for more info here: http://translate.google.com/translate?h ... t%3D485797)

The base installation was Joomla 1.5.15 and VM 1.1.4 and I upgraded without any problems or error messages to 1.5.20 and 1.1.5 respectively. I of course installed all the GK modules/components, etc. as required which also went without a problem.

So, I do not understand what the issues is. Maybe there is some small little thing missing...?

Two issues I see:

- currently there is one product in the cart and I can access the cart ok, just the quantity indicator in the upper right corner still says "( 0 items)"

- if you hover with the mouse over the GK PhotoSlide images in the header you see the tool tips "empty"/ with just white space. When clicked on these images the linked page does not open either
