Link Styling in NSP GK4

Good Morning everbody out there in the gavick-universe,

I have got a question concerning the News Show Pro GK4 styling with the mystore template. I am not sure if i just missed something. My question ist about the styling of the "Links"

1. Is it possible to get rid of the Listing icons (arrows)?
2. What do I have to do, to get the hover Effect like for example in memovie demo?
