Adding fields to Register Module

How can I add fields to the Register Module??

I need to add Full Address, Buisness Activity and Telephone No.

Hahaha... just finished using this video!!!
It works but I have a problem with the email sent to admin - it doesn't show the new fields I added... can't find the email template file....

Any ideas??

Why don't you search complete and customizable options on joomla extensions directory?
I'm sure you will find plenty of options there for free.
I mean... why invent or create something that already exists?
