How can I disable the Gavick Template Dimensions Tool in the Template Section? I need to change to 100% fluid width with fixed left column at 200px. It is not possible to combine percentage / auto with fixed width for a column with the tool and any change in the CSS directly does not reflect on the frontend.
Maybe I looked at the wrong CSS, so how can I completely disable the tool in the template section and where I can change the dimensions to 100% fluid width with 200px left column? (More than 10 CSS for 1 Template
Maybe combining some and compressing them would be the right choice)
