Virtuemart frontend admin template missing

Hi support,
I found out that frontend admin wasn't working properly, i need it to work asap.
No CSS was display on the frontend admin, I had posted an image of the situation.
It happen after I copy rest file and replace virtuemart default template, any idea what happen to the css which suppose to display?

have you properly modifidy the virtuemart configuration file?

I had same issue when I switched use SEO friendly addresses. When I switch it off - everything worked like should be.

I did that as well, it solve the css problem.
But i can't use seo friendly at the same time.

i to to virtue mart in the admin backend and every thing i try to do says page not found. i used the quickstart and it was installed with this theme. what do i do to make it work? also i am not using search engine friendly urls yet. wanted to get everything working.

Please paste here exactly the URL's that you change on ../administrator/components/com_virtuemart/virtuemart.cfg.php
