permission problem

i having the problem in the permission. i try to do the setting. in the template Show mainbody on frontpage i select on. and click apply, but the file The parameter file /templates/gk_mystore/params.ini is unwritable! i try to change this file permission to 777 but it keep remain the permission in 555. i contact the hosting provider(just host ) they said :
"I am sorry but i do not know why permissions change. This problem is not related to us or our server. Please contact developers of this template or web developers regarding this issue."
may i know what is the problem!

I have exactly the same problem with the finance.com file. I'm with justhost too, currently contacting them. I have tried time and again to fix it, but it doesn't work. Please admin, reply!

params.ini file must have 644 permissions.

This is an issue exclusively related with your host and not from our template. If you can't change permissions, try using FTP file manager from your cpanel or contact them.
